Who is responsible
Ayrton Creative, an independent design studio based in Marbella, Spain, is responsible for the information submitted through this website.
Information collected
The project enquiry form may collect your name, email address, company, project type, estimated budget and the message you choose to send. The website also records anonymous daily page-view totals by page. It does not create visitor profiles or store an analytics identifier on your device.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used only to review your brief, respond to you and, where relevant, take steps toward providing design services. Aggregate page views are used to understand which areas of the portfolio are useful and to improve the website.
Storage and retention
Enquiries and uploaded portfolio content are stored within the website’s secured hosting environment. Enquiries are kept only while they are needed for communication, business records or applicable legal obligations, and can then be deleted from the private studio.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy where applicable. Use the project enquiry form and state “Privacy request” in your message so the request can be identified and answered.
Cookies and third-party links
This portfolio does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Instagram and Behance are separate services with their own privacy practices; their pages open only when you choose those links.
